Kevin Pfeifer is one of the industry’s highest rated speakers and seminar instructors having actively been involved in the seminar business since 1981 when he founded Homebuilder Seminars. In 1991, the name changed to Professional Housing Tours & Conferences to reflect the addition of the Housing Tour programs to his curriculum.

PHT&C has offered seminars covering a wide variety of topics, including market research, product strategy & development, product trends, design center operations, sales office design, sales training & sales management, and fundamental & promotional marketing.

PHT&C is best known for its highly successful Retreat series of programs. The Ski Retreat & Pebble Beach Golf Retreat are two day programs that focus on product trends. The Sales Retreat program is a two day program focusing on sales training and sales management. The flagship program, The Marketing Retreat, is an annual week-long event held each August at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach, California covering the gambit of Real Estate Marketing: from market research, to product strategy, product trends, advertising, merchandising, and sales.

Kevin Pfeifer personally develops the curriculum and personally heads the faculty at all PHT&C conferences.
