Overview

PHT&C has provided exciting two day housing tours throughout the country since 1991. A virtual “seminar on wheels”, each tour highlights from 50 to 80 of the best decorated model homes in a particular marketplace. Builders see firsthand the latest trends in architecture, floor plans, interior design, landscaping, land planning, sales offices, and master planned communities. The typical PHT&C housing tour participant will take 300 – 400 photos in a two day period!

Typical Agenda

PHT&C’s traditional housing tours are typically staged on Thursday and Friday and generally begin with breakfast on Thursday morning. Our touring coach typically leaves the hotel no later than 9:15am in the morning.

Following the morning tour on Thursday, lunch is held at a nearby country club, hotel or restaurant, and the afternoon tour generally concludes with a cocktail reception at the end of the day. They tour bus typically returns to the hotel no later than 6pm on Thursday evening and no later than 5pm on Friday afternoon.

What's Included

Registration includes the complete tour plus deluxe hotel accommodations on Wednesday & Thursday nights. A limited number of rooms are also available at group rates if you'd like to extend your stay. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates when you register so that we may make the appropriate hotel reservations for you. Registration also includes breakfast and lunch on both touring days, plus a cocktail reception on Thursday evening, syllabus with sales & marketing information, and brochures for each community we visit.

Registration for the Winter 2010 New Home Tour of Southern California is as follows:

Just one person attending? Registration is $1,695. If two or more Attendees are registering, the price drops to $1,595 for all registrants. These discounts will be reflected in your total at checkout.

Attendees must be from the same Company/Division to qualify for discounts.  Spouse registrations do not qualify for the Group Discount.

Note: Cancellations received less than three weeks prior to the tour will be charged a $395 fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations received less than 7 working days prior to the tour, but a credit (minus the cancellation fee) will be extended toward another tour attended within the next year. Substitutions are acceptable at any time.
