Housing Tours
PHT&C’s Housing Tours are offered six to eight times per year in markets around the country. These highly popular two day tours, offered continuously since 1991, allow builders, developers, architects and interior designers an opportunity to see from 50 to 80 outstanding decorated model homes in a highly efficient and entertaining two day "seminar on wheels".

Seminars & Conferences
In addition to the public and private housing tours, PHT&C also provides some of the most highly regarded conferences and training programs in the industry. Topics include Product Trends, Design Centers, Sales Offices, Sales Training & Management, and Fundamental & Promotional Marketing. The most notable of these conferences is the annual New Home Marketing Retreat, a weeklong event held every August in Newport Beach, California and now entering its twelfth year. |
